My wife has just passed a paper exam for graduation from driving school.

I am surprised at many things at the school. It is well equipped and has many well trained instructors. Those graduating should be highly skilled and have a good driving manner, but in fact many leave with a rough and rude attitude.

I have even heard that some hopeless car drivers can buy driving licences. This is incredible.


The Police Department must strengthen regulations to stop this practice.

In Japan, traffic laws allow motorbike drivers to carry a child, but the government recommends that they don't because children can't hold a drivers' waist tightly enough should a motorbike get out of control.

In Viet Nam, I heard that two adults and one child under 12 can ride on the same machine. Is this true?
